Splash Lagoon will have the first tandem indoor bowl rides - Hurricane Hole and the Cyclone with slide speeds of over 40 MPH.  The Black Hole tube slide is expected to be one of the most exciting slides where riders twist and turn in anticipation of the next direction in complete darkness only to slide into a run-out shoot.

In addition, the Tiki Tipping Bucket at Splash Lagoon drenches those below with 1,000 gallons of water.  Young and old, people run when they hear the bell letting them know the 1000-gallon bucket is ready to tip.  Splash Lagoon has taken this popular attraction one step further - the Tiki Tipping Bucket is the only one in the world that tips backwards surprising those swirling in the Cyclone Bowl Ride.  The anticipation of this unique feature keeps rising!

Other Water Park attractions include four twisting and turning body slides, an 80,000 gallon activity pool with water basketball hoops, and two 50 person whirlpools, one for children and one for adults.   The Lazy River will preserve part of Erie's most popular public art display, the GoFish project, with (9) nine unique art fish lining the river area.

For family pleasure, Splash Lagoon features a five-story Million Dollar Tree House, with 12 levels of activities, showcasing the huge Tiki Tipping Bucket. Toddlers will enjoy the Monkeyshine Island with a zero-depth entry pool and a variety of slides and interactive water activities. "We designed the park so that the smaller children are more secluded from the activity of the older kids. Splash Lagoon Indoor Water Park features the latest and greatest rides in the water park industry today set in a South Sea Island atmosphere with palm trees, tropical plants and flowers.  Splash Lagoon commissioned artists to paint beautiful tropical murals, some over 100 feet long and 30 feet high.  The all-wood-decked ceiling, at six and one-half ceilings high is acclaimed to be one of the largest in the USA.  

Also included in the Indoor Water Park facility is Treasure Island, a 6,500 square foot game arcade with over 110 state of the art games that include prize redemption.
