				      <description><![CDATA[<p>The Navy&#39;s 35-member concert band, based in Newport, R.I., will  perform at a free public concert on June 1 from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at  Liberty Park.</p><p>The U.S. Brig Niagara will be in Presque Isle Bay, offshore from the  Burger King Amphitheater, during the June 1 concert at Liberty Park.</p><p>During the band&#39;s grand finale, the state&#39;s flagship will salute the crowd and band with a cannon shot.</p> <p>A free shuttle will run from the Intermodal Transportation Center to Liberty Park during the June 1 concert.</p>]]></description>
